IGROWHYDRO RETURN POLICY
We offer a 15 day return on all undamaged products when accompanied by a receipt and in original packaging. Used items may not be returned. Returns require an RA number which can be obtained by e-mailing us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. Request a return authorization, and be sure to include your order number. Please do not phone-in return requests. After we receive your return request via email, we will send you an email with detailed instructions for your return. We will notify you via e-mail the status of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping arrangements of returned items. UPS Ground is recommended.
A restocking fee of 15% is charged on all returned merchandise. Items that are received damaged will also require an RA number before return. Special ordered items that are made to customer specification are not returnable.
After submitting an item for refund, you can expect to receive your refund within four weeks after you submit a return request, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If a customer refuses receipt of a package that they ordered, or has not been available for multiple delivery attempts and their package is returned to igrowhydro.com; the customer is then responsible for any shipping and handling costs accrued by igrowhydro.com for shipment of the item.
Returns from Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & U.S. Territories
As stated in our return policy, the customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee and is responsible for the cost of shipping any returned items back to our store in Long Beach, California. Items must arrive in brand new, saleable condition at our warehouse before and credit will be issued. Please consider getting insurance on the package -- if it arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, we will not issue credit.
It is the sole discretion of igrowhydro.com to determine if special order items are returnable. Special (customized) order items are not covered by igrowhydo.com's standard returns policy. Returnable items will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%, assuming that the items are in new condition and unopened. Manufacturer warranties are fully applicable within the item(s) defined warranty period. In general, special order items are not kept in stock at igrowhydro.com and will be drop-shipped directly from the item manufacturer or distributor to you. Customers are encouraged to contact igrowhydro.com to determine individual return policies for special or customized items before purchase.
All warranties are given by the product manufacturer, only. igrowhydro.com accepts no responsibility or liability, expressed or otherwise for any manufacturer's warranty. We will be happy to assist you in obtaining replacement/repair for a product under warranty.
