IGROWHYDRO PAYMENT POLICY
Credit Card Payments
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express, Pay Pal, money orders, and locally addressed personal checks (there will be an additional $25 fee for bounced checks). Checks should be made payable to GCH Inc. Post dated checks will not be accepted. Please write your order number that is provided on your Order Confirmation Email on the check. Credit payments made online via our secure server will be held immediately upon submitting your order.
Anti-Fraud Credit Card Acceptance Policy
The following applies to all orders for the protection of igrowhydro.com and our customers:
- Customer billing street address and zip code MUST match credit cardholder information on file at the issuing bank for an order to process.
- If ship-to address is different than the bill-to address, a Credit Card Authorization form must be filled out and returned to igrowhydro along with copies of the Cardholder I. D. and back and front side of credit card. This form can be downloaded. It will also be emailed to you upon completion of your order.
- International orders will ONLY be shipped to the bill-to address.
- Alternatively, customers may pay by wire transfer or check. Please see below.

Payment by Check
Payment CAN be made by a check drawn on a U.S. bank. Please note that ORDERS WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL CHECKS HAVE CLEARED~THIS CAN TAKE UP TO 10 DAYS.Those wishing to pay by check should follow the checkout procedure until they come to the form field asking for Payment Method and select "check" Customers can then simply mail a check to igrowhydro.com, noting their Order I.D. #, for the amount of their order.
