What do I design?
Anything you want! Tattoo, hip-hop, punk, tagging, slogan, text, you name it. General themes of plants, hydroponic growing and urban gardening would help incorporate the igrowhydro.com theme. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT ARTWORK THAT PORTRAYS SEXUAL OR CRIMINALLY-AFFILIATED ACTIVITIES. Keep it cool, but keep it clean. Designs must be your own original artwork. Works previously published by someone other than igrowhydro.com may not be submitted. Any intellectual property or copywrited material cannot be used in your design. If you would like to incorporate our logo into your artwork an Adobe Illustrator version of it may be downloaded by clicking the link below.

How do I submit my design?
Ideally, designs will be submitted in either Adobe Illustrator (.AI) or Adobe Photoshop (.PSD) formats. File resolution should be at least 200 pixels per inch (ppi), and the size of the artwork should be as close to the intended print size as possible.

To upload your image, click the Upload image button below and navigate to your file. Check the Accept Legal Terms & Conditions box, and then click Submit Artwork.

How is the winner chosen?
The final winning design will be chosen by igrowhydro.com staff. Entries will be judged according to originality, execution of plant / hydroponic themes, and just plain coolness. Final date for artwork submission is March 31,2010. The winner will be announced and $500 igrowhydro.com online store credit will be issued by April 16, 2010. Shirt prize featuring winning design will be issued to the winner upon delivery of finalized garments to igrowhydro.com.

Terms & Conditions
By selecting the “I Accept” button, you are agreeing to the following terms, which serve as a binding agreement (hereinafter “the Agreement”) between you and igrowhydro.com.

1. The igrowhydro.com design contest (hereinafter “the Contest”) is the competition as described in the igrowhydro.com shirt design contest rules.
2. Any submissions (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the Design”) for consideration in the Contest, you give to igrowhydro.com that you possess the rights and authorities to convey rights granted hereunder; that your Design is original and has no encumbrances or liens and is not subject to any third-party agreements that could interfere with their use. You shall hold igrowhydro.com harmless and shall indemnify igrowhydro.com for all fees and expense (including reasonable attorney fee's) in the event of a breach of any of the foregoing warranties or representations. This does not extend to any material not furnished by you.
3. igrowhydro.com retains the right to make minor or necessary adjustments to your design in order to conform to requirements for the manufacturing process.
4. All submitted designs become permanent property of igrowhydro.com and its affiliates. igrowhydro.com retains permanent and exclusive rights to your submitted design for commercial use and reproduction on apparel and other promotional products. By submitting a design, participants hereby irrevocably assign all rights to igrowhydro.com. If participants do not agree to this, designs should not be submitted.
5. Contest prizes are as follows:
   1) $500 store credit with igrowhydro.com. Credit is good for a one-time only purchase with igrowhydro.com. Entire amount of $500 must be utilized in one purchase or contest winner forfeits remaining credit balance.
   2) One shirt with wining design imprinted upon it. Size will be specified by customer and will not exceed a value greater than $30.
6. This agreement reflects no intentions of a partnership, employee-employer or franchiser- franchisee relationship with contestant.
7. Nothing construed herein shall be an obligation for igrowhydro.com to manufacture or disseminate any specific quantity of items/ products containing the design. All decisions regarding each design are left to the sole discretion of igrowhydro.com
8. This Agreement will be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, with no regard to its principles of conflicts of laws and notwithstanding the fact that you may reside in a different state or country. You stipulate and agree that any and all claims, disputes, controversies, suits or actions arising out of or relating to the provisions of this Agreement or the subject matter hereof and initiated by you, or any successor in interest, shall be adjudicated exclusively in the Circuit or District Courts of California, or the United States District Court for the District of California, which courts shall have the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any and all such claims, disputes, controversies, suits or actions, and you hereby stipulate and submit to the personal and subject matter jurisdiction of such courts with respect to such claims.
9. No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.
