		<description>These adjust a wings are pretty good, the best way to use them is in an enclosed room, with AC and pumped in CO2. These are not air or liquid cooled reflectors...but they diffuse light very well and most pro setups are totally sealed off rooms with AC and CO2. 

Using multiple 600 watt bulbs and ballasts I think is the best way to go...I agree with the school of thought that the 600 bulbs throw out a better overall lumen saturation than the 1000s..

I would go with 3 600s over two 1000s anyway...</description>
