C.A.P. HLC-3e

The HLC-3e HID lighting controller combines the functions of the HLC-1e and HLC-2e to protect your expensive HIG lights from hot starts and your garden from high temperatures.

A high temperature shutdown provides insurance from crop damage due to high heat from ventilation and cooling problems. When connected to your lights, or light controller, it will monitor your growing area's temperature your specify is exceeded.

This unit also has an indicator light to let you know that your temperature set point was exceeded. The HLC-3e will also sense a power interruption and start a 15 minute time delay to keep your lights from trying to re-fire during the cool down period.
